PRICES
In case of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do in the matter - e.g., refund your money, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.
DISCOUNTS
All discounts that have not been sent and published in connection with our registration for the VIP list for Black Week, in the period from 20:00 on November 19, 2023 to November 27, 23:59 2023, are invalid during this special period. The discounts will be active again after the period ends.
PAYMENT
Scandinavianrest accepts payments with VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK/Danish kroner and include VAT.
DELIVERY
ScandinavianRest aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We ship throughout Denmark. All orders are generally delivered within 1-3 delivery days.
Free delivery on purchases over DKK 599.
Get free delivery to a parcel shop or home address when you spend over DKK 599.
For purchases under DKK 599, delivery to home delivery or parcel shop costs DKK 49. All your items are delivered quickly and securely with DAO.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, your package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before you return your product to ensure the smoothest possible process.

REFUND
In case of a refund, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive the item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Should you cancel your purchase where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.
RETURNS
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. This means you bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. To facilitate processing time, please include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
If you wish to send the item back to us, we can help with a label, and we will then credit the shipping cost upon your refund of the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try on the item, and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.
If the item has extraordinary signs of use or damage beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item for 30 nights. This is because it takes about 30 days for most people to get used to it and achieve the duvet's effect.
REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

To complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.
Personal data is registered with NDP Group ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
