REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

This means you can sleep with the duvet risk-free for 30 nights to test if it's right for you. If you wish to return your duvet, please note that there is typically a 30-day adjustment period before you experience the full effects and get used to the weighted duvet.

Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund here. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation to process the return.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has significant signs of use and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.
